1. What NEXTSEO Is

NEXTSEO is a fully managed AI blog service. We generate SEO-optimized articles, host your blog on a withnextseo.com subdomain (or your own custom domain on Pro), and publish daily on your behalf.

2. Your Account

You must be 18+, provide accurate information, and keep your credentials secure. You're responsible for activity on your account. Use the service for legitimate business — nothing more.

3. Pricing & Billing

• Free: 3 generated posts, hosted on a withnextseo.com subdomain.
• Pro ($49/mo): 30+ posts/month, keyword + competitor tracking, analytics, white-labeled custom domain, backlink network.
• Pro billed monthly via Stripe in USD. Cancel anytime — no partial refunds.
• We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing paid periods aren't affected.

4. Who Owns What

You own your content. Every post we generate for you belongs to you. Export it whenever you want.

We own the platform. The NEXTSEO software, brand, and infrastructure — including withnextseo.com subdomains — are ours.

After you cancel: Your content stays live on your subdomain for up to 90 days to preserve SEO health. Email us if you want immediate removal.

5. Acceptable Use

Don't use NEXTSEO to:

• Publish illegal, fraudulent, or harmful content
• Impersonate someone else or misrepresent affiliation
• Spam, scrape, or otherwise abuse the platform
• Violate anyone's intellectual property
• Manipulate search rankings with blackhat tactics

We can remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

6. Service & Results

We aim for high uptime but can't guarantee 100%. We produce quality content, but we can't guarantee specific rankings, traffic numbers, or revenue. SEO depends on too many variables — domain authority, competition, Google's algorithm — for any honest provider to promise outcomes.

7. Cancellation

Cancel anytime from your dashboard. Access continues until the end of your current billing period. We don't refund partial months, but we'll make it right if there's a service failure — just email us.

8. Termination

We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, fail to pay, or abuse the system. We'll give reasonable notice when we can. You have 30 days after termination to export your content.

9. Disclaimers

NEXTSEO is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or specific business outcomes. Use at your own risk.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is capped at what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or $100 for free accounts). We're not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes get 30 days' notice by email. If you don't agree, cancel before the changes take effect.
