Welcome to Nextdev. These Terms of Service govern your use of our AI-powered blog hosting and content generation service. By using Nextdev, you agree to these terms. We've written them to be clear and straightforward.

1. Service Description

Nextdev provides fully hosted, AI-generated blog content designed to grow your organic traffic. We publish SEO-optimized articles based on your keywords, track your rankings, monitor competitors, and host your blog on a subdomain. Our AI writes daily, and you can white-label the entire experience.

2. Account Registration

To use Nextdev, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old and able to form binding contracts
• Provide accurate company and contact information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use the service for legitimate business purposes only
• Not share your account with others

You're responsible for all activity under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately.

3. Pricing & Payment

Free Plan ($0/month):

• 1 AI-generated post per month
• Basic SEO optimization
• Fully hosted on Nextdev subdomain
• Community support

Pro Plan ($49/month):

• 90-120 AI posts per month
• 100+ keyword tracking
• Competitor tracking and analysis
• Analytics dashboard with traffic metrics
• White-labeled (remove Nextdev branding)
• Backlink network access

Payment Terms:

• Pro subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• Payments are processed via Stripe
• All prices in USD unless specified otherwise
• We may change pricing with 30 days notice
• No refunds for partial months

4. Content Ownership & Licensing

You Own Your Content: All AI-generated blog posts created for your account belong to you. We claim no ownership rights to content generated specifically for you.

Domain Ownership: All subdomains under nextdev.blog (e.g., yourcompany.nextdev.blog) are owned and controlled by Suable, Inc. You receive a license to use your subdomain while your account is active. We retain all rights to the nextdev.blog domain and infrastructure.

Content Retention After Deletion: If you delete your account, we reserve the right to keep your content published on your subdomain for up to 90 days to maintain domain health and SEO integrity. After 90 days, we'll remove your content. You can request immediate removal by contacting support, though this may impact our domain authority.

Our License to Operate: You grant us permission to host, display, and distribute your content as needed to provide the service. This includes publishing to your blog, storing backups, and analyzing performance.

Training Data: We may use aggregated, anonymized patterns from content performance to improve our AI models. We never use your specific content to train AI for other customers.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use Nextdev to:

• Publish illegal, harmful, or fraudulent content
• Impersonate others or misrepresent affiliation
• Spam, scrape, or abuse our service
• Publish adult content, gambling, or illegal products
• Violate intellectual property rights of others
• Manipulate search rankings through blackhat SEO
• Resell or redistribute our service without permission

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. Service Level & Uptime

We strive for high availability but can't guarantee 100% uptime. We provide the service "as is" and may perform maintenance that temporarily affects access. We'll notify you of planned downtime when possible. For critical uptime requirements, contact us about enterprise plans.

7. Content Quality & SEO Results

Our AI generates professional blog content optimized for SEO. However, we cannot guarantee specific ranking improvements, traffic increases, or business results. SEO depends on many factors outside our control including domain authority, backlinks, competition, and Google's algorithm changes. We commit to producing quality content, not specific outcomes.

8. White-Labeling (Pro Plan)

Pro subscribers can remove Nextdev branding from their blog. You may present the content as your own. You cannot claim to have developed the underlying AI technology or resell our service under your own brand without a separate partnership agreement.

9. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation:

• Cancel your Pro subscription anytime from your dashboard
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• You'll retain access until the paid period ends
• Free accounts can be deleted anytime

Refunds:

• No refunds for partial months or unused posts
• We may offer pro-rated refunds for service failures at our discretion
• Contact support within 7 days of billing issues

10. Data Export & Portability

You can export all your blog content, analytics data, and account information at any time from your dashboard. Content is provided in standard formats (Markdown, JSON, CSV). We believe in data portability - your content should move with you if you leave.

11. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these terms repeatedly
• Use the service for illegal purposes
• Fail to pay (for Pro accounts)
• Abuse our systems or support team

We'll give you reasonable notice unless immediate suspension is necessary. Upon termination, you have 30 days to export your data before deletion.

12. Intellectual Property

Nextdev's platform, technology, design, and branding are our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer our service. You may not use our trademarks without permission (except as needed to describe our service honestly).

13. Warranties & Disclaimers

WE PROVIDE THE SERVICE "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We don't guarantee the service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted. We don't warrant specific SEO results, traffic levels, or business outcomes. Your use of Nextdev is at your own risk.

14. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Nextdev is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or $100 for free accounts). Some jurisdictions don't allow liability limitations, so these may not apply to you.

15. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify Nextdev from claims arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these terms. This means if someone sues us because of something you did, you'll cover it.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms as our service evolves. Material changes will be emailed to you 30 days in advance. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms. If you disagree with changes, cancel your account before they take effect.

17. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Delaware law, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. The service is provided by Suable, Inc., a Delaware corporation with principal offices at 333 Harrison St, San Francisco, CA 94105.
